Notable Changes
-Renamed the program to MultiBingo because the other name was made in 5 minutes <3
-You can now name your bingo boards.
-Redid the layout of some buttons to make it feel smoother to use.
-Added a few quality of life features to make the program feel better to use.

-new program logo that changes depending on if youre in editing mode or not!!

-hover text now appears if you are tabbed out the window

-made it so that text that is out of bounds dont clip out anymore!!!
-you have to confirm to shuffle the board now (I am so Sorry that i did Not add this)
-the #RandomQuotes wont override the update number
